Karachi: In a strategic move to enhance tourism, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has directed the construction of a 6-kilometer road leading to Haleji Lake. The decision, announced during a Special Investment Facilitation Council meeting in Karachi, aims to improve accessibility to this natural marvel, thereby attracting more visitors.
The initiative reflects the governmentโs broader commitment to developing the regionโs tourism sector. Alongside the road project, plans for a โDesert Safari Sportsโ initiative were also unveiled, highlighting the governmentโs efforts to offer unique and adventurous experiences to tourists.
CM Murad Ali Shah emphasized the significant economic benefits of bolstering tourism, including job creation and economic growth. By focusing on improving infrastructure and introducing novel attractions, the Sindh government aims to position the region as a prime tourist destination.
